Do you work directly with families or only with funeral homes?
We primarily partner with funeral homes, providing turnkey graveside services and vault installation so they can focus fully on the family and the ceremony. If a family reaches out to us directly, we’re glad to answer general questions, but all scheduling and service arrangements ultimately go through the funeral home.
What areas do you serve?
We provide graveside support and vault delivery throughout our local region. If a service is outside our typical range, we can often accommodate it with advance notice. Contact us for availability.
What services do you provide at the graveside?
We offer complete, professional setup including:
- Grave excavation and preparation
- Vault delivery and installation
- Tent setup

Do you supply burial vaults?
Yes. As an authorized dealer for Trigard, we offer a full line of high-quality burial vaults in various styles and protection levels. Our inventory includes basic reinforced vaults as well as premium lined and sealed models.
How far in advance should we schedule a service?
Most funeral homes contact us as soon as arrangements are made. We can accommodate short-notice services whenever possible, though earlier scheduling ensures vault availability and proper preparation.
What vault options do you offer?
We carry a range of Trigard vaults including:
- Basic reinforced vaults
- Mid-level vaults with liners and sealing systems
- Premium stainless steel and copper-lined vaults
- Decorative marble-style finishes
A selection of popular models appears on our Our Vaults page, but additional options are available upon request.
Are all vaults kept in stock?
We maintain inventory of commonly selected models. Certain specialty or premium vaults may require additional lead time. If you have a specific model in mind, contact us for availability.
Can we request a specific tent layout or chair arrangement?
Yes. We follow a standard, professional setup for most services, but we’re glad to accommodate layout preferences when possible. Let us know when scheduling so we can prepare the site accordingly.
Do you handle lowering devices and other equipment?
Yes. We provide and operate the equipment required for vault placement and graveside setup. This includes safe handling, placement, and removal following the service.
What happens after the service concludes?
Our team manages all equipment removal, grounds cleanup, and proper restoration of the gravesite. Funeral homes can trust that the site will be left in good condition.
Can families work with you to select a monument after the service?
Yes. Families often choose to work with our sister company, Newsom Monument Company, which specializes in creating custom memorials of all types. We keep the processes separate, but coordinated, so funeral homes can rely on consistent communication and the families they serve have a trusted local provider for both the service and the final memorial.
